Plain White Bread with a tinge of Almond

I wanted to bake plain white bread yesterday, but ended up adding 30 grams of almonds in the recipe.

  • 350gm high protein flour
  • 245ml water
  • 50 gm sugar
  • 50 gm sugar
  • 5gm instant yeast
  • 30gm roasted almond
  • pinch of salt

The idea is to make powdered almonds. I used a dry blender to achieve that.

Home made Almond Bread

The outcome is not bad.. I wish I have a proper place to store the bread though.
